Here’s what we did last weekend!
Fall restoration work continued last Saturday with our volunteers hard at work restoring the landscape at the Faust Log Cabin at Inspiration Point in Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore
The stone pathways from the house to the garage have been buried under 6″ of dirt for years. Last weekend;s project was the first step in uncovering and restoring the path as part of the preservation of the Faust Cabin site. We’ll let the rain wash off some of the dirt, and next spring do additional cleaning.
