Faust Log Cabin Window Restoration Workshops
Located at Inspiration Point overlooking Big Glen Lake, this cabin is a jewel in the National Park. Join us for a Window Restoration Workshop!
Lawr Farm
Homesteader, George Lawr was a carpenter and stone mason who made many of the foundations and basements around Port Oneida.
Faust Cabin
An expansive project list is on the docket for this log cabin which is a gem of the National Park. Located at Inspiration Point overlooking Big Glen Lake, we have done many repairs on this iconic structure.
Olsen Barn
Electricity will be run underground to the barn having upgraded our electrical capacity in 2022 in the farmhouse. This will be a huge improvement for interpretation and events held in the barn.
Foundation Repairs
The Project Team has evaluated the foundations of historic structures and have identified several that are in need of urgent attention to stabalize the buildings and make them safe.
Charles and Hattie Olsen Farmhouse
The Olsen farm is home to PHSB and the Port Oneida Heritage Center. Reach out to join our Garden and Preservation Crews.
Ole and Magdalena Olsen Farm
In June, we took on projects at the Ole Olsen farmhouse including replacing siding, drip line and flashing on water damaged section; roof repairs; and drainage system installation.
