PROJECT PENDING

From deterioration to near restoration – this historic cottage on North Manitou Island has been a special project for PHSB.

Next steps are to complete deep cleaning, staining, and refinishing floors upstairs.

Install doors and hardware.
Repair porch steps
Complete building screens
Paint exterior
Replace roof  – NPS

We have submitted a proposal to the park for a historic lease to open this beauty up to the public once again.
