The Eitzen Farm is in the Good Harbor region of the Park. Historically, the family once ran a small horseback riding business her on their 80 acres.

The remnant of the farm’s horse fence at the entry of the farm was falling down, or on the ground. Lining the entrance of the driveway, what was left of the fence gave the impression that no one was looking after the farm. PHSB volunteers worked for two days restoring a happier face on the farm. There’s much more work to be done on this farm in future years.
